I use self-service terminals all the time, and love it. Sure, they'll be some glitches with on-line, but likely nothing that can't be worked through.

As for your MM JTJ purchase, if it wasn't too many tickets, consider playing the same numbers again just in case. Sure the odds of winning anything sizable is slim, but Match-5 is 48X more likely than jackpot. Even if that doesn't come up, maybe a decent lower tier will. Most likely leaving it be will work out fine, since even matching 3 numbers... [ More ]

You'll like playing lottery on line I'm sure with your positive attitude.

OTOH wish I read more about MM before buying on-line this morning. Played 'just the jackpot' where you get two chances for $3 but nothing else if you don't get all six numbers. Kept wondering why the MP option wasn't there. Won't make that mistake again.

Well, it looks like I'll be traveling to PA to play some legal regulated online poker. Hopefully PA decides to pool their players with NJ, DE, and NV.

The PA lottery...While a form of revenue used to subsidize other govt debts will not be involved in the online 'casino' world of gaming. They are their own beast.

That aside...Large gaming venues such as Penn national do make a valid argument. They paved the way to get casinos here and are now being left to scramble to bring in customers. Once the genie is out of the bottle,it's done.

The moment ppl are hoodwinked into debit cards for reimbursement the govt has you...Hook line and sinker... [ More ]

It's incredible to see Pennsylvania change from a very conservative state in regards to gambling to pretty much anything goes. Originally, casino gambling was sold as a way to substantially reduce property tax. Later table games were added, as the answer. Nope, 10 years later and taxes are higher than ever, and the state continuously struggles to balance its budget.

But I digress. I'm very excited that on-line lottery is soon coming to PA players. Being able to buy numbers / subscriptions fro... [ More ]

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf on Monday affixed what he hopes will be a final patch on a $2.3 billion budget deficit by signing into law sweeping new gambling provisions.

The state has doubled-down on its investment in the commercial gambling market, with new expectations of revenue from Internet-based games and a second string of casinos scattered around the Commonwealth.

The Pennsylvania Senate passed the far-reaching gambling expansion bill Wednesday that would legalize Internet games, aut... [ More ]
