In Texas not signing the ticket is good advice for that kind of jackpot. Whoever signs the ticket is the one that has to claim the money, and Texas will not pay more than one entity. So, if a person wants to have a trustee claim the money to help stay anonymous, the trustee for the claimant would sign the ticket.

As far as losing the ticket? Well, if someone is that stupid to lose a multi million dollar ticket, that person didn't deserve it in the first place.

Make copies, and put the tick... [ More ]

Thats just my summation...

My advice to the winner is simple:ENJOY IT! Beyond that stay of good character.

Good luck to the posters here
