			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ohio started cashless payments at Ohio Lottery Kiosks about a month ago. The Ohio Lottery also pays for the transaction fee that would normally be charged to the retailer. In Ohio it is a win-win situation. Ohio also plans on have cashless payments from behind the counter sales starting this coming summer.<br /><br />At the Kiosks now, you have the choice or $10, $20, $50, or $100. From the merchants point of view it&#x27;s not any different than having a minimum purchase amount. Some are as high $20 to use a credit/debit card.</p>]]></description>
