I don t know how to get this information of how to get to post my second chance tickets. I m a VIP club member and each time I try to post the tickets using my I-pad, a message comes up that my account is locked and I had to call the lottery number. This happens constantly and I have been given constant advice when they unlock my account. I hang up and it immediately happens again. This has been going on for months. Any helpful advice I can get, please.

People walked out of the celebration with smiles on their faces.

Woman's losing lottery ticket wins her $1 million

A lucky group of 15 people turned their losing New Jersey lottery tickets into big bucks, including a Monmouth County woman who won $1 million.

The 2017 Million Dollar Replay program, in its seventh year, allows scratch off holders to enter their losing tickets online for a second chance to win big prizes.

The grand prize winner at Asbury Park Convention Hall on Friday was Suzzana Valuzzi of Hazlet.
