My point is this, keep taxing the poor and making them believe that they can keep up with modern day wealth distribution. And how is this done? Increase the jackpots of course! Hardly an allegation. That s good you invest. But that s an old company with stakes in many areas. Italy and China (keno) as I see it are their best bets at the moment. But the U.S. is so profitable they can t just ignore it. They want online gambling completely legal. The only thing blocking them in the U.S. is the law, and good that it does. IGT is in charge of gambling policy in the U.S. This is just a set up move. They re trying to increase sales and change policy if they can with legislators.

RNG's are not needed here because NC is already soooooo rigged it is pathetic! Last month we had 4 trips fall in the Pre-draws and this is usually the norm around here and quads also. We are lucky if we see one trip every 2 or 3 months.

SIDE NOTES: MAYBE the new director can afford bigger monitors to they can see the drawings when they cut to pre-recorded video showing the chutes?!?! You dont know how many times they call the wrong number

Garland s voice cracked with emotion... she is walking away from 200K plus. She probably has a great nest egg stashed away. At least she is not leaving this outfit in shambles. She did good, she did say she was proud of what they had accomplished.

A top leader at a gambling operations vendor was hired Tuesday to become the North Carolina Education Lottery's next executive director.
