He lives near I thought the basketball hall of fame unless I am off by some. He is about 2-3 hours from that woman too.

No big deal. A guy in Clearwater, FL named Randy Johnson hit for a million twice in less than a month last year on a $25 scratchoff. Being that it was the same game and the two tickets were sold at stores only three miles apart, I would bet it's the same person. But the Florida Lottery never made mention of it. Maybe he had inside information? Or perhaps he's a very wealthy signer .

For the second time in 2018, a very lucky lottery player from Methuen, Massachusetts, has won a $1 million prize on an instant ticket from the Massachusetts State Lottery.

Jason Williams bought a 200X $30 instant game ticket Sunday from Howe Street Superette in Methuen and claimed his prize at lottery headquarters Tuesday, just three months after claiming an additional $1 million prize Jan. 10. The state lottery says the store will receive a $10,000 bonus from the sale.
