Very nice! I got 2 26 week subscriptions to Mass Megabucks Doubler for Father s Day. Hopefully I ll encounter the same luck as this guy did.

Season ticket holder Christopher Voelker of Raynham, Massachusetts, is the winner of a $2.97 million jackpot prize in the state lottery's Megabucks Doubler drawing that took place Saturday, May 26.

Voelker claimed his prize at the Lottery's Braintree headquarters Monday, July 9, choosing the cash option and receiving a one-time payment of $2,277,443 (less tax withholdings).

He plans to use his winnings to buy a home.

Voelker received his Megabucks Doubler Season Ticket as a gift.
