			<description><![CDATA[<p>someone who has gone to the same store every day for 51 years is unlikely to need more than 350k a year to live it up with. he wants to leave the annuity to his nieces as he isn&#x27;t the most healthy looking guy at the not that old age of 66 around. this was the right decision as his nieces will reap more out of this than if he took the cash.</p>]]></description>
