			<description><![CDATA[<p>Multi-state lotteries like Powerball are bad for low-population states like Alabama because the jackpot winner will most likely be from a high-pop state, which means it&#x27;s just money flowing out of Alabama. I hope they offer enough in-state draw games to attract would-be Powerball and Mega Millions players. You can&#x27;t go wrong with classic 5/39 and 6/49 games, Pick 3/4, and scratch offs. Poor people love them some scratch offs</p>]]></description>
