Casinos manage just fine with 100% cash. State lotteries are more greedy.

I like this idea of progressive thinking; maybe it will stoke Massachusetts to re-think their antiquated way of thinking for on-line gaming.

Glad we have it here in what I don't consider a progressive state=Kentucky, my adopted home state.

The Iowa Lottery will ask state lawmakers in January to allow them to modernize their operations making it easier for customers to purchase and play lottery products electronically.

Iowa Lottery spokesperson, Mary Neubauer says they've been talking about the issue for ten years or more.
