If you review the last two years draws in any game ,you will notice a pattern and can almost predate the number of the next base on the result of the last. This worked for awhile then it would go a half a year with very few numbers starting in the low 20 s and it is that way to this day. It seemed fishy. If the lottery could control the ball draws then they could have a computer program set up that would monitor the numbers picked and then choose a number that pays out the least. NC residents believe its rigged pick 4 especially since we&#x27;ve had an unusually low amount of quads since 2006 compared to other states. Veteran players in computerized and BALL drop states can predict due pairs, due sums and call out a few numbers for a draw with great success much more success then if it was truly random.
