			<description><![CDATA[<p>Tunica County was hurt when Arkansas legalized casino gambling and lost lots of players from Memphis going to Southland Gaming Racing right across the Mississippi River in West Memphis.<br /><br />One of the Mississippi Lottery&#x27;s biggest concern is whether or not the DOJ wire act interpretation might prohibit interstate PB and MM sales and other games played by multiple states. Without those games, that lottery might be DOA before it starts.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Seems like they are doing a great job and trying to mitigate any problems, especially with soon to be former employees.<br /><br />BTW Tunica just lost another Casino there closing on 30 JUN 19. The taxes revenues have dropped significantly with another previous Casino closing. Maybe the lottery can help out...time will tell.</p>]]></description>
