What's up with the 'just in time' stories? I think that some of these winners purposely make up these stories to get more press. I know I know it soumds ridiculous but some people love attention.

The lottery post rules say No trolling. Since this is a forum which calls for discussion my response, my comment was based on the fact that we have had a lot of these found my ticket at the last minute. I simply suggested the idea. No harm, no foul.

.. Better yet, if LP can catalog Tipton s saga religiously: How about the found my ticket at the last minute before expirations stories. That should be a really good read, l can t feel my legs, l am that excited with anticipation.Will my wish come true,only time will tell.

A Missouri couple found a lottery ticket in their glove compartment and discovered it was a $50,000 winner just one day before it would have expired.

Joseph Randy Moore of St. Peters told Missouri Lottery officials his wife, Karen, stopped for a tea on her way to work and discovered a few forgotten Powerball tickets in the glove compartment of her vehicle.
