this was a mon thur game for a long time and its a multistate game. one rule was changed and now its being drawn daily. nothing else was changed about the game.

so the next logical questions are:

1) when will another jackpot multi-state game go daily?

2) when the next jackpot game goes daily, do the all other rules for the game stay the same

I use to play monthly in advance. But now you won't find me paying $60 for a month worth of draws. Too expensive. I will pick and choose which days I participate now. This month I probably wont play at all.

I use the Fl lottery site. The set prize payouts are the same as before (pre-July). Are you talking about the numbers of winners on the new days

So I use NYLottery website to see if there is a Jackpot winner for this game. I have also noticed the payouts of the new days appear to be 1/2 of Monday Thursday payouts.

I'm with you Sam. I too am chasing a third prize win.

The odds of having 4 numbers and the PowerBall are a little less than twice those of winnings Take5's jackpot. But by adding the PowerPlay (which I always do) a player could win at the very least almost double the amount of a Take5 jackpot.

Funny enough out of all the games I play MM/PB/CFL I've won the most on CFL yet I RARELY play. I wonder if we'll even see more winners, more importantly more winners besides residents of NY/NJ.

I still prefer playing Powerball.

It would be nice to hit the jackpot but I hunt for the 3rd prize.

At least 100k payout with Powerplay if you match 4 and the powerball.

I thought the article was crystal clear when it said New York started Cash4Life with New Jersey in 2014. Since then, seven other states have joined: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. The only thing that could be added to the article is New Jersey has a doubler option.

BuyLow, It is new to the States that are joining it now. CA players are satisfied with the gaming options here. The CA Lottery, Indian Casinos, and the ponies.

What I have heard is that many retirees have not saved for retirement. They may be gambling too much. This topic is a whole one by itself.

Truer words have never been spoken. I've watched this game from it's very first drawing on 6/14/2014 and have never been impressed with it. It's pricey and it hasn't/doesn't produce many big winners no matter how many states have added it to their line up. New York and New Jersey were first to offer it 2014. Starting July 1, you'll be able to play the multi-state Cash4Life lottery game on a daily basis.

The New York Gaming Commission Monday gave its final approval to the change from twice-weekly to daily drawings. The change was needed to conform with the eight other states that offer the game and have approved daily drawings.

In its current format, Cash4Life has drawings on Mondays and Thursdays.
