I do find some scratchers confusing when I look at them online or pick up discarded ones for 2nd chance drawings. And I am well educated. I guess if you buy them all the time, it is different.

I do find it odd that a 2nd time lottery player would spend $20. It seems a lot for an inexperienced player. At her age, I was trying to figure out the fastest way to pay down my mortgage.

A 28-year-old Arkansas woman, who only has played the lottery twice, Thursday claimed a lottery prize of $1 million. Shayla Burton's win came from the $20 instant-ticket game, Ultimate Millions.

The top prize amount for Ultimate Millions is $1 million. Two top prizes now remain on that ticket.
