Saw where the D.C. Lottery hired a company to run their sports betting too. Considering the number of lotteries wanting to get into sports betting, it will be very interesting to see which side the Supreme Court takes.

Heard where the Kentucky legislators are considering sports betting and even after the DOJ is trying to change the rules.

The DOJ does have a job to target the unlicensed illegal offshore Internet gambling operators.

The US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit will grind the wheels of justice slowly.

The US Department of Justice (DoJ) has filed a notice of appeal following the decision in June by the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire to find in favor of the New Hampshire Lottery Commission (NHLC) in the long-awaited ruling on last year's revised opinion of the Wire Act by the DoJ.
