			<description><![CDATA[<p>It angers us that controversy and scandal have tainted our agency and generated a seemingly endless stream of news stories exposing the questionable practices of some senior managers.<br /><br />The same could be said about lots of Wall Street firms 11 years ago and many industrial companies. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>It appears that Connecticut needs to start @ the top and get rid of these folks that may have contributed to a toxic environment.<br /><br />As for unions, IDK. They can be your best friend or foe. Union membership apparently @ an all time low in this country. My opinion of some union stewards is they golf with the leadership of the corporations and union members be snip ed.<br /><br />Case in my point, my Brother. He didn&#x27;t report a possible OSHA violation that he caused, though no one was hurt.
