If the PA lottery needs help coming up with ways to spend their entire budget on anything but the elderly, I've got loads of ideas. First, they need to start all over and hire a consulting firm to help them decide which consulting firm to hire to decide between IGT and SG. And somewhere in the process they should also commission the minting of a $1.3M coin to perform a coin flip, and build a $1.3M colosseum to host a gladiator match between IGT and SG executives. Mean while back at the ranch...our governor is using the lottery funds to offset other debts . Amazing how this lottery started with the seniors to benefit ..and now it's the contractors who really benefit.

Give me some ink and paper I'll print all the losing instants they come out with. I'll recycle all the losers like they do.

They've cut the senior portion dramatically since it's inception.
