I would not have donated most of it. I would have lived! Traveled, spent, and enjoyed my life before giving the rest of it away.

More power to whom won, it's a tremendous blessing. But, in my case I have a list. A short list... People who have helped me. People that have been there. Honest charities, and churches that preach the gospel, not the Hollywood version or watered down and dull. Those are where my donations would go!

Be aware of scammers. I think that they are doing their best to protect taxpayers.

South Carolina residents will be receiving rebate checks from the state lottery, even if they have never played a single lottery game before.

The $50 checks are hitting mailboxes in the days to come, and the only qualification is paying South Carolina income taxes of $50 or greater.

So far, 400,000 checks have been disbursed with more than 800,000 more to come by Dec. 2.
