I hope so too! I would actually prefer fixed payouts and liability limits over the pari-mutuel payouts.

Am kind of ambivalent to pari-muteul payouts as a rule, but sometimes such as a rarity in CA when five #'s on MM/PB pay more than normal. Maybe the same for your pick 3 or pick 4.

NJ doesn't need a liability limit because they use pari-mutuel payouts for the games.

WOW is all I'm going to say about your post! Horrible payouts, even with the Fireball in most cases.

Here $1 Straight on Pick 3 is $600; pick 4 $1 Straight=$5K, then there's all kinds of crazy combinations with differing payouts.

Now going back to NJ to see if they have any liability limit like they do here.

If Jersey really wanna celebrate its 50th anniversary they should consider changing their payout for the Pick 3 and 4 lotto. Totally behind the times. It's ludicrous

The New Jersey Lottery, one of the largest lotteries and the third-oldest in the United States, kicked off a year-long celebration of its 50th anniversary Thursday with a heavily-attended event at a mall in central New Jersey.
