			<description><![CDATA[<p>Got a letter from the KY Department of Revenue saying I had to fill out a identity quiz to get my refund and my it&#x27;s a scam radar went off. But it was legit.<br /><br />It&#x27;s just amazing how many people who were intelligent enough to save a large amount of money and then fall for a scams.
