			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have no problem getting tickets on any Online game from vending machines providing I have the exact amount. The thing is many of the stores where I regularly purchase tickets have new clerks and are clueless if the vending machine has a problem. If the machine is down or there is no machine the next best option is filling out a play slip, handing it to a clerk, and having the correct amount of money.
