			<description><![CDATA[<p>Last year Indiana said it was going to do a study on selling lottery tickets online, meanwhile 3/4 states it borders have already offered online purchases for a few years now. I guess that didn&#x27;t pan out, which is a shame. I was hoping for the number of states that offer online lottery to reach a critical mass so that CALottery might wake up.</p>]]></description>
