Scratch-off's give hope a chance to win just like any other state they should welcome the tickets ! Traditionally they are thought of as the poorest state however look at the other states that just made the 2020 list NC is on there as well and we play all sorts of gambling games just fine. Good luck to the newest state .Players of the lottery come and go just like with any other hobby .......Good luck MISS players

Just your opinion, but looks like generalizing folks in Mississippi is OK with you?

Certainly folks cross the border from Alabama to play the lottery in MS since that old timer regime in that state may never put it up to the voters. Let them keep crossing over into border and Alabama lose more money.

Apparently Mississipians have enough money to keep the games going not only in our state but also over the borders to Louisiana, Florida and Tennessee. I believe you may be a bit too far away to have an accurate picture of Mississipians finances.
