			<description><![CDATA[<p>The $30 tickets should be at least 1.5-3% winnings. I know the lottery makes a fortune, but come on now. That shouldn&#x27;t be luck, at least give a percentage out for those amts on the tickets. WTG for a $4 million winner. Remain anonymous, cool, if they play it smart they will get a trust fund, however, that is up to the person.</p>]]></description>
