			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s a double edged sword.<br /><br />Good for those who hang onto receipts, bad for those who look at receipts as garbage need to be trashed or recycled. I can just see an elderly bent over senior citizen pleading with lottery officials l threw away my $50mil lottery receipt thinking it was trash, please help me.<br /><br />Or a 19 year old claiming he knew he was the winner but got pretty loaded with he&#x27;s friends a few nights ago somehow cannot remember where he placed his ticket.
