Lessons must be remembered from the Iowa debacle. Eddie Tipton almost got away with his crimes. The Former Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich has said, If Iowa had been an anonymous State then Eddie Tipton would still be free and stealing .

New Jersey's record must be looked at in totality with the other States who lead the record of most wins.

I'm not surprised. We, in Cali, always would say how our home state, CALIFORNIA, New Jersey NYC always seemingly

win the most lottery(big games) that is, for a long time. I see that is true, again. Great job. Congrats!

Brings back memories, that's where my truck that I had in Deutschland came back to me while stationed @ Ft. Monmouth, NJ. She came from Japan to VA, then to MD, Deutschland, NJ and then to KY. It had a four banger Nap Z engine I think it was called, two spark plugs/cylinder. I'd only push her to 190km/hr on der Autobahn though.
