			<description><![CDATA[<p>Alabama, encapsulated by lottery loving states, needs to allow its constituents the right to vote on this!<br /><br />If this doesn&#x27;t happen, folks will still flock to neighboring states to play, plain and simple.<br /><br />Can think of two Indian casinos there that I&#x27;ve been to, and they are exempt from states&#x27; rules and five state sanctioned ones should do OK.<br /><br />The Senate need to look no further than Mississippi and how they researched and planned their successful lottery</p>]]></description>
