Hopefully @ least the lottery can go to vote to where it belongs...their constituents.

They've already made a big mistake not having casinos. So Indians, on sovereign land, have casinos in Alabama and no doubt the monies go to the different tribes and not to the state. Same thing in Washington State, tons of Indian owned casinos. Here in KY they won't call them casinos and there are four of them that benefit the horse race industry so we're told. Immediately after a gambling bill was shot down this week in the Alabama Senate, another Senator proposed a new bill that focuses solely on creating a state lottery.
