According to the news story it was during the post test. Maybe he forgot to put his gloves on... Or maybe they dropped one.

Very interesting. So what are the chances this is the REAL story. It seems very convenient to blame something as simple as loading the balls. If this was the ONLY issue going on I would be ok with this. But with SO many strange things going on, I think they are covering something up.

I didn't hear from them so I resent the email yesterday. Their answer today:

While we can't prevent human error, our drawings procedures have many layers that allow us multiple opportunities to discover any such issues as part of our regular process. I sent them the following email early morning 3/23.

The odds of drawing the same numbers as were drawn yesterday are exactly the same as drawing any other set of numbers.

The odds of the exact same numbers being drawn twice in a row is somewhere north of 1 in 332 billion. And they don't admit there's a problem until the next draw

So last night Bonus Match 5 throws these numbers, this is getting a little crazy!

3/23 - 6 22 28 35 36 bonus 14

night before

3/22 - 1 15 28 35 36 bonus 9

So 3 numbers repeated in the EXACT same order, after throwing AN EXACT repeat OF ALL 5 NUMBERS on 3/17

Oh and the 36 hit on 3/21 in the last position, so 3 in a row for the 36

I saw the drawing live and checked my numbers, hit nothing on the live drawing. Then in the next morning I saw the numbers were different and luckily still had my tickets, I had 2 $2 winners. So now I am thinking 'do they have a policy or procedure' for disclosing WHAT happened? I would think they are required to disclose issues.

The number 8 was drawn in four consecutive drawings and 20 and 26 were drawn in three consecutive drawings including the extra drawing . The odds of all five numbers repeating is 575,757 to 1 and exactly the same odds as any other five number combo.

They didn't say what the glitch was, but at least they acknowledge there was a problem and held a second drawing.
