*AbcNews Nightline had a $1,000,000 Psychic Challenge back in 2011.

Three people accepted the challenge: A medium, a palm reader tarot card reader, all failed to win the $1million. The piece can be found on YouTube.

* Simply put: Psychics are fraudsters, but don't take my word for it.

It doesn't work that way because they don't know the outcome.

If I take all 1000 combinations of a lottery, send half to 500 people and the other half to another 500 people, it is guaranteed one of them will believe I am psychic.

However, since I personally do not know the outcome of the drawing in advance I cannot personally benefit from a jackpot, only from the money I charge clients.

We are the real thing and that is not what our gift was meant to do, predict lotteries. Most of the people who win them are not wise end up losing everything anyway. I wish them luck and happiness and you too

Their abilities can not be used on themselves only others

Charlatans always offer excuses when asked why they don't seem to have the abilities they claim they do. The only other alternative is to admit that they're a fraud.

What's not true?

In talking about looking into the future that power only comes from light. What is the source of their so called powers or abilities? The magic practicing priests in Egypt managed to go toe to toe with Moses, up to a point. Where did their power come from? I think you knew the answer.

Psychics cannot foretell the future, nor can they speak with someone on the other side.

No that is not true. A psychic was asked why does she not use her abilities to win/predict the lottery for herself. She said it does not work that way. Their abilities can not be used on themselves only others

An Australian mother is millions of dollars richer after a psychic told her mother that someone in her family would win a life-changing prize this year.

Sydney's latest Powerball multi-millionaire is an anonymous Carnes Hill woman who revealed that someone predicted she would scoop up a huge prize, but at no point did the psychic mention it would be a $9.7 million (US$7.5 million) jackpot for the May 27, 2021 drawing.
