David was from Kentucky; wasted his money and life in Florida. I still see his press conference in my mind from WHAS 11 (Louisville) where he promised he'd turn his life around. I agree with you on that Michael the menace guy.

I need to apologize to Florida Man David Lee Edwards for calling him the dumbest lottery winner in history. This guy over in Great Brittan the Lotto Lout Michael Carroll, makes David look like a financial genius. At least David was not a violent bat-wielding criminal. Michael Carroll was a menace to society who deserved every bad thing that happened to him. Thanks Kate, these types of videos are great.
