Congratulations to Mr. Worsham. I have heard that the plumbing business can be hit or miss, so I am sure the second prize is just as welcome as the 1st one 7 years earlier. I am surprised that the store selling the winning ticket in both 2014 and 2021 received the exact same amount of $10,000, even thou one ticket was 1 million and the other was 2 and a half million. * Being at the right place right time is all it takes those lightning strikes can pay off. It is not a respecter of persons either, given that it handed out prizes to folk like Edwards, Duke Shakespeare.

A Virginia man had a taste of victory back in 2014 when he won $2.5 million on a scratch-off lottery ticket, but nothing said he couldn't win again.

Last week, Michael Worsham of Chesapeake won his second big instant game prize, a not-too-shabby $1 million, seven years after winning a $2.5 million top prize on another scratch-off game.
