I have always felt that buying the newer scratch off tickets was a smart idea, especially on the higher priced tickets. This gentleman apparently practiced that same theory. Congrats to him and his family. But he should keep and eye on that family member who cannot distinguish between 4 million dollars and 5 hundred dollars. Really
