Some of those $10 scratch-offs can be even more fruitful than the $20 and $30 tickets. Every time I have ever won, it's always been the $10 tickets. But I'm sure it all depends on which particular scratch-off you choose. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs Perry.......the kids will be thrilled.

A couple who won $200,000 in the North Carolina Lottery had to pinch each other to make sure their win was real.

William Perry and his wife found themselves face-to-face with an astounding amount of money in a matter of seconds after he scratched off a $200,000 top prize from a scratch-off ticket.
