It's not a state, but it is a jurisdiction that sells Mega Millions, so there's no reason to exclude it. You're cherry picking which jurisdictions to include to make a tenuous connection to a former president and calling it numerology. MM is also sold in the Virgin Islands, that makes 47. The 47th president is Kamala Harris .

Anyone can make up anything with this s**t.
