KY just released their version of a $50 ticket. Four $1 million prizes; 1088 $10K winners, and 128 $50K winners.

I agree with a few people here, $5M top prize is way too low for a $50 scratch ticket. Virginia already has several $5M top prize scratch tickets that only cost $30. It looks like Virginia lottery did not think things through before they put the $50 scratcher out.

I guess you did not hear about it, but Texas came out with the first $100 stratch-off on June 1, 2022. I saw this on Youtube from different people who do lottery scratch-off videos. A lot of these youtubers buy whole books of scratch-offs. So these $50 stratch-offs are peanuts compared to this

My sentiment exactly. Tho I must confess i bought two after cashing in a $900 dollar pick 3 ticket. first ticket was a loser. The second was a $100 winner. Got my money back and left the lottery office. Doubt I'll buy another unless I win on another draw game.

Off subject here. Was going to purchase MegaBucks Doubler from the MA lottery on-line. Fair enough. Changed my mind not just due to two service fees, but the fact there is no place for computer pick #'s; you have to pick them yourself. For some unknown reason 52 weeks is no longer an option. So money saved and didn't purchase anything from them.

Texas already has a $100 scratcher. But, at least the top prize is $20 million with 4 of those prizes available.

The Louisiana Lottery just introduced a $20.00 scratch ticket. Their first ever $20.00 denomination.

I was waiting to use a Kiosk while someone was buying scratch-offs. He stopped with $50 still in the machine told me to get my tickets. Put in $6, got my tickets and he used his $50 and continued buying scratch-offs.

Something for everyone is why they sell tickets from $1 to $50.

Plenty of people buy $50 worth of lottery products in one go. What does it matter if it's fifty $1 plays or one $50 play

Just wait and see, some State is coming out with a $75.00 or $100.00 scratcher. If you are dumb enough to play it and lose, please don't beat your dog. The dog is just an innocent bystander and doesn't have the power to prevent you from making dumb decisions.

Seems like a better wager would be to bet the $50 on the win-4 for the 1/2 million payoff like that previous Virginian did

I found it. Minimum win is the cost of the ticket, then $75, then $100.

Decent ticket. The retailer earns $2.50 commission on each ticket sold. What's the minimum prize level? Florida's $50 ticket pays a minimum $100 win.

The Virginia Lottery recently launched its first-ever $50 scratch-off game, joining several other state lotteries who have ventured into the territory of higher price point tickets.
