As someone from WA state, even though I didn't win, I'm happy that someone from my state won since no one ever wins here and it's definitely unexpected since it's the jackpot

I'd say, up the starting Jackpot to $50 million, change the White ball matrix to 60 and the Red PowerBall matrix to 30

but it vexes me that after a price jack, at least two matrix changes and then the final insult was the lowering of he starter jackpot by $20 million

we are just now seeing the giant jackpots we were promised decade and so ago
