She's also probably a lawyer, financial advisor, or some other figurehead rather than the person who bought th ticket and gets the money.

I understand all that jazz about getting all your ducks in a row before validating your jackpot ticket. Is it really necessary to wait months and months to get this accomplished. If so, why?. Just asking!!!.
