A win is a win. The money will be helpful for medical bills down the road and long term care.

Cash for life has an option of $1 million for 2nd place. I thought win for life was similar

just wondering if you're only option is $52K a year OR can you get a lump sum ? If that was me at that age I'd opt for the lump sum ......

An Oregon woman is feeling the luck after playing the Win for Life draw game for the first time and winning the game's top prize of $1,000 a week for life.

Ruth Salvatore, 73, of Grants Pass, is happy she gave the Win for Life draw game a go. Thanks to wanting to try something new, she's walking away from her first drawing in the game a jackpot winner.
