Well, let see how many more people will run in that store claiming they have the winning ticket. I agree with the earlier post, when the real winner finally is determine this lady may claim the winner stole her ticket. .

My crystal ball is unavailable - So I cannot point fingers whether she is forthright or deceptive. I'll continue to play the wait and see since open minded tends to prevail .

I knew she was lying. She has a long ways to go to match the mega lie told by Mirlande in 2012. She claimed she hid the ticket at McDonald's. Then her attorney dropped her when he found out she was a nut.

Do anyone remember about 10 years ago the news story about a big jackpot. The next day a guy goes into the gas station where the winning ticket was sold and use the scanner and started acting hysterical like he won? We later found out he was not the winner. I have read numerous articles on what to do and not do when you happen to win the lottery.

One advice that cuts across all of them is -

Be quiet, be quiet, be quiet about the winning.

If indeed she is the winner, she broke the Cardinal Rule on winning the lottery.

But again, to each their own.

If I won the lottery, I wouldn't even tell myself that I won.

I would ask myself Did you win the lottery?

Then I would respond What are you talking about? Or better still What... [ More ]
