No, Michigan is just weird. While Metro Detroit does have the most population there are some strange things happening elsewhere.

I am trying to figure out why Gaylord has had two big $30 scratch wins for $4,000,000 each and a big 6/47 win.

Gaylord is in Otsego county and had a population of 4286 in the 2020 census. Otsego county had 25,091 in 2020.

The wins were $13.09 million in 2015 and $4mil in 2022 and $4mil in 2015.
