They draw pick 3 or Pick 4 four times/day except for Sundays.<br /><br />Are there Indian tribes in Texas? If so, they could open their own casinos like they have in other states where casinos aren&#x27;t necessarily legal...Alabama for one...and still no lottery there</p>]]></description>
