It's not just tv viewing ...I can also tell who is a child's father by their resemblance in REAL life.

In my community we have a saying, Mama's baby...daddy's MAYBE , so some of us practice from a young age of determining by resemblance, who is a child's dad.

If the first lottery operator viewed the CCTV footage and determined the prize money should be split, there must be something in the video that supports the boyfriend's assertion. If the boyfriend was lying, his claim would have been denied by the first operator. It seems that the second operator didn't like the boyfriend, for whatever reason, but the fact that the first operator accepted his claim, based on the CCTV footage, suggests that he was telling the truth.

The weird part is that he claims she didn't have money to buy the tickets so he transfered money to her and then she bought them, all while they were physically present together in the store. Why go through the extra unnecessary step of transferring money to someone so she can buy tickets when the shortest path between two points is for him to just buy the tickets himself?
