			<description><![CDATA[<p>Retailers will normally not make you buy a ticket that you don&#x27;t want, even when the ticket is exactly what you asked for, such as a QP. It&#x27;s not unusual for people to decide they don&#x27;t like the numbers they got and decline the ticket, but if you&#x27;ve paid for it giving it to somebody else is unusual.
