Buying lotto tickets with a debit card in AZ is allowed and just. It is your money in the bank, and not credit, that you are accessing with a debit card.

I don't always travel out of state, but whenever I pull in to a rest stop on the interstate I am not thinking about buying a lottery ticket.

Have you ever received a message on your app that says you must be in the State of NC to place your wagers? Asking because you live so close to the SC border. Perhaps here they updated the system because occasionally it would say that playing by the Indiana border from Kentucky.

Yes it would..I play online in NC a lot..I live in NC but I'm in the SC border. So I would drive to the line and play and back home in 5 min waiting on my winnings to drop..

Online play would be nice for everyone!! A lot of revenue is missed because once someone is home comfortably for the evening it's a pain to go out and get some tickets or work restrictions, etc. it would also get younger players to play as well. Getting money deposited directly into checking accounts would be nice too from the online site.

To allow younger players, or corrupt inexperienced gamblers..... the lottery is A Tax On The POOR ..... if you going to allow that to happen, expect to see a lot more bank fraud debit/credit card an identity theft to accompany it

Berkowitz may have a valid point about poorer residents spending money on the lottery. Does her organization also target other cash cows like smokes and booze?

Correct me if I'm mistaken; hadn't a LP member stated they wish SC would get on line lottery as well?

Notice how Alabama hasn't said another word about the lottery ever going to the residents to vote on
