Your state's cash 5 even for 2.00 with a progressive payout is the game to play if you want to win the lottery. You all play those big ones but would be happy as a clam if you won the 2nd tier prize of a million. A Cash 5 is considerably easier to hit than that. You say but I want a billion dollars not a million. Good luck with that plan you will need it.
