			<description><![CDATA[<p>I disagree with lottery officials that the probability of winning twice is 1 in 24 trillion. The probability of winning twice depends on how many tickets you buy. If you buy lots of tickets every day, the chances of winning twice in 7 years, while still quite low, is not as absurdly low as they claim.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>They should be investigated, sounds a lot like an Eddie Tipton scheme.<br /><br />There&#x27;s absolutely no way this could happen without cheating because I ran a 5/39 lotto simulator on my PC and it look 748 billion years to get a hitter. We simulated buying 10 draws per day.</p>]]></description>
