Yeah, me too....we also have lucky 4 life (soon to be millionaire 4 life @ $5 ticket) but I only play it when pb mm are below 250 mil .... and even so I'll only play on Mondays and or Thursdays (as it was originally) and that's not concrete come 2026 when the switch/transformation occurs.

We do have a mega bucks game in state .... that I play when it is $5 mil or above but again only when mm and pb are below 250 mil.

I can't imagine that the actual increase for Wednesday won't be something bigger than the increase for Monday, and simply matching it would result in a final total of 1.745B. Last week sales for Wednesday were about 37% higher than sales for Monday jackpot, and the same 37% increase this time around would add about 73 million, so 1.815ish seems like a fairly safe bet.

Tucker Black, what you said is true but every pit boss and shift boss I worked for said any $1 bet that might win a million dollars is a good bet. This all started when the casino I was working in at the time offered to pay $1 million if any piece of Skylab landed on the casino property! If I remember right it landed somewhere in the ocean close to Australia. One thing I truly miss is bump up to the jackpot like in the good old days. Gone for good I'd say.

Considering that they've done it 4 times in the last 4 months it hardly seems like it no longer happens. Changing to 3 drawings per week has a minor effect, but the real issue is that lottery sales per drawing are generally slower than they used to be. Even so, the current PB run is a rare exception (as of now) for not bumping some of the jackpots for runs that made it past the billion dollar... [ More ]

Well I'm trying to beat him and I've been very persistent actually 20 years to be exact from groups to on my own. I know my time is coming I just don't know when and I got to admit I'm close to giving up

Came home from major loss @ the gaming facility and played PB one more time on line and had the PB # for $8.
