What a BOOB is right. He was probably thinking that same thing. A BOOB trying to grab more than a handful several times and claiming it's accidental. He has either done that before, indulging in the use of recreational pharmaceuticals while on the job, under demonic influences or just a potential rapist that hasn't yet been caught. Maybe they can get him some help in jail before he escalates.
